No matter what level of knowledge you have in vac forming, we will be happy to help. Our technical director has 30 years experience working with customers requiring basic prototypes, all the way through to managing mass production.

    • Production size:  Up to 950mm by 550mm in size, in any thickness up to 10mm.
    • Materials: PVC, PET, ABS, Styrine and more, in any pantone colour. Please ask for details.

Your Vac forming needs

Often vac forming is a low cost way of producing protoypes or for small runs. We can develop a pattern that meets your needs, made from wood to prove your design. Once you’re happy, we can make a cast pattern. This will last for at least 100,000 units. We have a range of different size vac forming machines, so size isn’t an issue either.

If you’ve an existing product or tool, and are looking to change suppliers. No problem. We’re happy to take on your existing tooling and put it into production. We’ve done this hundreds of times in the past, and always ensure that you’ll get quality vac forming at a unbeatable price.
