Retention Straps for Roll Cages
In 2004 we were approached by a company who were having issues with their current supplier of retention straps for roll cages. Poorly designed straps were coming loose in transit, as vehicles were being unloaded the contents of the roll cage were spilled onto the floor. Operators were also complaining about poor quality roll cage hooks breaking, often causing injury to their hands and face.
Recognising the significant health and safety risk for supermarkets and logistics companies we produced the Roll-Safe™ retention straps for roll cages in response. Designed to fit all varieties of roll cages, supermarket trolleys and roll pallets with specific Health and Safety Executive requirements in mind.
Our products use webbing which is tested up to 250kg, perfect for use in supermarkets, retail and logistics. And the hook which is attached to the webbing is both strong and flexible, being a plastics manufacturer for over 40 years we know a thing or two about producing quality plastic products.
Our retention straps for roll cages are available in two types of material:
- Ambient – Suitable for general warehousing
- Coldstore/Freezer – Suitable for temperatures down to -37 degrees
