Injection Moulding Process

The Injection Moulding Process can produce large or small numbers of high quality parts quickly, and with great accuracy.

Plastic granules are melted and injected under pressure to fill a mould. The shape is duplicated precisely. Once plastic mould has cooled and hardened the mould tool released the part. The plastic injection moulding process is then repeated.
