We’ve over 40 years experience in the production and product development for plastic moulding in the UK. In particular plastic injection moulding and vac forming. We’re a Lean manufacturer, allowing us to cut costs while maintaining a very high standard of quality. Meaning we’re the go-to company in the UK for businesses bringing their plastic moulding production back from offshore countries, like China or India. What’s more, our goal is to reinvest in our business, we don’t have shareholders to pay, so we’re continually upgrading to provide an even better service for our customers. Expertise include Plastic Injection Moulding of Glass Filled Nylons (30%/50%) which we produce for mining, civil engineering and transportation industries. As well as commodity plastics, like Rigid and Flexible PVC (building sector), Virgin Polypropylene and Repro PP, ABS, Ethylene (LDPE/HDPE), Styrene (MIPS/HIPS), Polyoxymethylene (POM), also known as Acetal, and Polycarbonate (PC).

We view our role strictly as a plastic moulding processor, although we have a tool room and mould making expertise to perform routine maintenance, our focus is keeping your production costs low. Instead we work with some of the best mould makers in the UK and Internationally, so we can manage every stage, ensuring you get the best deal to suit your application.

Our factory is located in South Yorkshire near transport links to the M1, M18 and M62. So we’re excellently placed to supply across the UK, and within close proximity to Barnsley, Sheffield, Wakefield, Leeds, Doncaster, Rotherham & Bradford.
